How we approach it
Painting is what we are known for and what we do with our own people. Townhouse complexes, mid-rise apartments, lobbies, suites, warehouses and homes all follow the same order: walk the building, write down every surface, prepare it properly, then coat it.
A repaint is also the best protection a building gets for the money. Paint and sealant are what stand between West Coast rain and the wood behind them, so we treat the coating as part of how the building is maintained, not as decoration.
