Art Vision Painting & Restoration Ltd. is an owner-operated painting contractor based in Maple Ridge. We paint and restore strata communities, rental buildings, commercial spaces and homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
We use our own painters, not a chain of subcontractors. Our team walks every building before it is priced, and the same people who quote the job stay with it until the final touch-up.
Our WorkSafeBC clearance letter and certificate of insurance are sent with every quotation, and letters addressed to your strata or prime contractor are available on request.
What is different?
Most repaints go wrong before the first coat: a price built on a guess, rot painted over, residents caught by surprise. Here is what we do instead, on every project.
