We repainted Riverwalk there, where the builder had left a single coat on a property exposed to Fraser River weather, and Mont Royal Square, a mid-rise and 50 Craftsman-style townhomes with a lot of decorative wood.
Every repaint starts the same way: we walk the complex with you or your site contact, probe the wood, and write down every surface. Council gets a price it can compare and a schedule it can share with owners.
