PLANNING AND BUDGETS

Project coordination in Metro Vancouver.

A large repaint involves owners, a council, a property manager, crews and the weather. One person from our team stays with your project from quote to close-out: building-by-building schedules, notices, weekly updates, colour records, and a walk-through at the end.

What’s included

Every project coordination project is priced from a walk-through and written up line by line, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

  • ✓One point of contact from quote to close-out
  • ✓Building-by-building schedule
  • ✓Advance dates for residents
  • ✓Regular progress updates for council
  • ✓Quality checks on site
  • ✓Product and colour records at the end

From the first walk-through to the final touch-up.

68Townhomes, third repaint and the best yet

Nahanee Woods · North Vancouver

This is the third time this complex has been painted and this company’s work was by far the best quality of any of the previous paintings. Every tiny crack and nail hole was filled and caulked in preparation for painting.

“Clayton, of MPDA did an excellent job of monitoring the quality of work, and progress of the project with regular inspection reports to Council, and our Management Company.”
Victor Murray, Westglen
“Goran gave us a good estimate of work and helped us construct a realistic contingency budget for unforeseen wood repair, etc. This helped our council move forward with a budget we could present to the owners.”
John Zitnik, Tudor Grove
“We did not have to chase after him, he was very professional and completed his contract.”
Orval Bernardin, Oak Tree

FAQ

Questions we hear

Who do residents call if they have a question?

We agree that with you at the start. Usually it runs through the on-site lead or your property manager, and everyone has the dates in advance.

How often will we hear from you?

As often as the project needs. Harbour Ridge Terrace, for one, had regular updates to council and start dates for each block a week ahead.
